James was born in Vancouver Canada, growing up in the low income neighborhood he decided to flee to country and get a fresh start in the state of Caronlina.
After he took his time with the Sherriffs department in carolina he decided to explore the big city, bought a boarding pass and flew out to Los Santos.
Since then, he hasn't looked back. The city was completly different compared to what he grew to know and love in the State of Carolina, and adjusting to the changes
have been quite cumbersome. Now full of energy, on his feet and steady he has decided to further pursue his love and career in Law Enforcment.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
As much time as I can while maintaining a healthy balance of personal and professional time. Unfortunatley I don't have many friends, so almost all my time
will be dedicated towards your department.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
Well, I have heard from peer's around the city that the Department of Corrections is short staffed.
I'm here becouse I am willing to work, have a past in Law Enforcement and am willing to dedicate as much time as I can to help make a better future
not only for my self, but and inmates that we have locked up aswell.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I handle both pressure and stressful situations fairly well in my honest opinion.
I will allways use reasonably justifiable force based upon the situation at hand.

Previous Law Enforcment experience.
I am strong willed
Good at following order's and directions
Good at comunicating with fellow officer's and civillians.
