My name is Quandelius but everyone calls me Quan and I am quite a 'newbie' to the city I had recently moved to Los Santos due to my degenerate cousin Cody. Although I hate my cousin and his friends they are the ones that have showed me around the city and I know a fair ammount about the city and how things work so I would say I am decently educated in that area. I would consider myself a kind-hearted and honest person I always enjoy meeting and getting to know new people and I quite enjoy working as a team. I also deeply enjoy staying on the right side of the law and would never ever turn to the criminal side of things EVER!

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
If I were to be hired I would split my time and energy equally between the two shifts I would work between DOC and Bayview and I would put the as much effort and enthusiasm as I can into working at DOC.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I would like to join SADOC due to my absolute love for staying on the legal side of the law and always wanting to do whatever I can to aid the Police Department that keeps us and the streets safe in the city of Los Santos. I would also like to join because I want to help keep authority and peace to the city's main prison where things can get hectic sometimes, I want to try and prevent those things from happening therefore let the inmates finish their sentence in peace and have no casualties. I feel you should I hire me over other applicants because I think that I am the right person for this job due to what I think are excellent teamwork skills and that I would suite this job perfectly considering I want to do as much as I can to help keep the city safe and secure.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I handle stressful situations through doing basic things such as: breathing or perhaps taking a break from whatever is making me stressed or changing subtle things to come to the conclusion of me being less stressed. Pressure is one thing I am not good at I dont think I handle pressure very well but that is something I am constantly working on all the time especially at Bayview.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 75 words)?
I dont currently have any qualifications that may be an asset but I have a few traits which I have mentioned in previous questions such as my teamwork skills, my joy for meeting new people and my love for being on the legal side of the law and wanting to help out anyway I can. One trait I dont believe I have mentioned so far is I feel I have the ability to mix and get along with over people extremely well wether that is inmates or coworkers, I think I have excellent friendship skills.
