Traits & Motivations
Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
My name is Mo Gold, I am 23 years of age, and I was born on Mars 5, 1999. Growing up I always admired DOC employees because my father was one. Mo had a rough childhood growing up; he lived on the streets of Chicago and had to learn how to hustle. My father Sam was someone that I looked up to when I was young but later down the road that all changed. By the age of 15 I found out that the man that I knew wasn't a man after all he was a corrupt DOC employee that took bribes from inmate families . I found out about this when I was 15 because my father came rushing down the halls of my room explaining to me what had just happened and that his co-Worker had found out about it. My father knew I was brave and that I knew how to get by in life, so he laid down the truth on me of what he did. Later on, the road he was sentenced to 6 years in the county jail for being a corrupt DOC employee; I told him in his face that he deserves what's coming for him. After my father was sentenced to prison, I had to go live with my mother back in Florida until I was the age of 18. On my 18th birthday I applied to the University of Miami and got my master's degree in psychology and my associates in criminal justice by the age of 21. I had the degree but didn't know what I wanted to do in life. I was contemplating whether I should be a psychologist or a DOC employee, and I decided to apply to DOC so That I can be the man My father couldn't be.
I have a lot of energy and a lot of self-confidence, I am looking for a full time job where I can put all my energy and time into it to make as much money as possible and to further my career so yeah of course I'm gonna be working extra hours when needed and at the DOC's disposal all the time .
The reason I'm applying to join the San Andreas Correctional Affairs Department is primarily responsibility, seriousness and discipline. Most aspects of the work seem very interesting to me and I hope to experience them myself. there are other reasons I applied to the department is that I am very interested in the duties I will have to perform while working and what the department is committed to I think I should be hired because of my main strengths which include my ability to have a high threshold of patience and I don’t show aggression, every thing I do is always thought through twice. One of my other strengths is my fast learning. If I have the opportunity to join the Corrections Department in San Andreas, I believe I will have no problem when it comes to learning how the department works and all the procedures involved. and finally I'm a person who can perform BLS care and I see that as a huge plus in my record.
Every day I faced stress in the road working job and burger shot as you know the customers come first but I kept my nerves calm and kept calm. We can also put someone under stress, but we must not forget that we are all human and that everyone has blood under their skin. so we try to handle the situation as calmly as possible.
The most valuable traits that I possess are Leadership skills, discipline, hardworking and reading the minds of criminals. These traits are my most valuable because they give someone a look of how I am as a person and how I may act in stressful situations. These traits will be very beneficial to the DOC because having leadership skills and courage are the main things someone needs to develop before applying to any Government department because you don't want to have a partner who gets stressed when being in a intense situation with the inmates . These traits that I possess will help the DOC in many ways because you will have an employee who is very disciplined and will know how to act in stressful situations.

/me is used for describing character actions or emotions that are not physically possible in game to do and there is no animations for them sometimes such /me would look at "X" with concern or /me would hand the man a bag of cash
/Do is used to describe things that are not visually there in game but for the sake of realistic RP we use /do to point them out or it can be used to avoid Powergaming and to get other people's consent for RP'ing so there would be mutual consent and RP'ing done for example /do would there be blood in the ground or /do would the bottle be a plastic or glass bottle ? and for consent /do able ?
