Ritchy Mack was born in Scotland in the winter of 1998, 23rd of November. Ritchy grew up in Scotland on his parents farm in the highlands. At the age of 23 Ritchy decided he wanted to venture to the land of opportunities, and so he came to the city of Los Santos. When Ritchy arrived in Los Santos he began to look for work, he was filled with encouragement and optimism for his future and was determined to cement his legacy in Los Santos. Ritchy would go on to work some small time jobs to earn money to set himself up with a mode of transportation and a place to lay his head, these would mostly be hotels. After a couple months in the city Ritchy would become interested in working as a road worker. Whilst working long hours and days, Ritchy grew accustom to the comradery of his colleagues and that is when he came up with the idea of starting the 'Road Workers Union'.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan on giving the majority of my time and energy to the job.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to join the San Andreas Department of Correction as I great respect for this job and my determination has lead me here.
I am all about criminal reform and making sure the people who pass through the system are properly rehabilitated into society.
I am able to carry out duties and obey orders.
I am well disciplined and if I make mistakes, I make sure to learn from them and never have I made the same mistake twice.
I am a keen listener and observer and always eager to learn new tricks.
I am a responsible citizen.
I am able to perform and execute my duties and any given orders under pressure effectively.
I'd love nothing more than to be part of the team over at SADOC.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
Very well and calmly.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 75 words)?
I am a citizen with an authorized firearm permit and I know my way around a gun and it's fair to say I never miss a target. I keep a calm, professional state of mind at all times which allows me to evaluate situations miraculously. I have previously worked with managing people and believe the same virtues can be applied in this job with some tweaks, of course. I have a great sense of responsibility and problem solving.
