  As a current license holder, I must inform you that effective immediately the GRBL:04 - Fuel Retailer violations have been updated as authorized by the Board of Commissioners.
  
  A summary of the changes are as follows:
  
  1. The time before a stage 1 violation for failure to refuel has been reduced from 3 consecutive weeks to 2 consecutive weeks.
  2. The time before a stage 2 violation for failure to refuel has been reduced from 2 months to 3 consecutive weeks.
  3. The time before a stage 3 violation for failure to refuel including business termination and seizure of property has been reduced from 3 months to 1 month.
  Fuel stations that are currently in breach of their licensing regulations will still be handled under the old violation standards in the interest of fairness.
  Any fuel station that reaches a stage 1 violation from today, 09/NOV/2022, will be handled under these new violation standards.

  Any business that sells bulk quantities of fuel must possess a Fuel Retailer License.
  

  • License Fee:
    * There is a monthly cost of $80,000 for this license.
    
    Restrictions & Requirements:
    * Ownership of a Fuel Station.
    * Must be actively trading under The San Andreas State Government.
    
    Violations:
    * Failure to refuel your gas station for 2 consecutive weeks will result in a fine of $40,000.
    * Selling fuel with octane above 100, selling red diesel, selling AVGas, along with the gas station being empty for 3 weeks will result in 30 months in prison and a fine of $60,000.
    * Failure to refuel the gas station consecutively for 1 month will result in 60 months in prison, along with a property removal and a business termination.

  If you wish to cancel your license as you do not agree to the new terms you must inform us immediately by responding to this licensing document.
