I grew up the son of a prominent detective in the busy city of NYC. When I was young I always looked up to my father and wanted to be just like him. Well I went away to college and not long after I had arrived I received a call from my mother back home. My father was shot and killed in the line of duty. I dropped everything and flew home, since that day I have dedicated my life to finding the man who shot my father. His last known location.. Los Santos. As soon as I heard he was in town I bought a ticket and left my life in New York behind.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I put 100% effort into everything I do.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I would love to be a part of the team at SADOC as I have always wanted to be a part of Law Enforcement. I grew up in a cop family and I would make a great addition to the squad. I have high ambitions and would love to get them started with a career at the SADOC. My father instilled core values in my brothers and I that will be greatly beneficial if I were to start a career at SADOC. Including self-defense, impeccable work ethic, fierce loyalty, and a strong drive to succeed. Fulfilling my father's legacy is the most important thing to me and I will not let the DeLuca name down. I do believe people can change and reform into a contributing member of society and I would love to be a part of that.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
The best way to handle high pressure and stressful situations is to stay calm and composed. Always think about what you are going to do before doing it.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 75 words)?
I am the son of a hard nose cop who worked his way up the ladder in the toughest city in the world. He instilled the same work ethic and grittiness in me and my brothers. I plan to start at the bottom and work hard to earn my stripes. The lessons that I was taught at a very young age I still apply to this day in my life. If there were any traits that would apply here the most, I believe it would be my work ethic and my loyalty to the people I care about.
