Explain what happened, sufficient detail must be given to justify the placed charges. Include a detailed summary of start to finish, try not to leave any details out.
    * Be sure to keep information such as witnesses or other accomplices to the crime, this helps the prosecution have the full picture in a court of law. Accomplices should have their radio frequency logged.
    * Bodycam footage is located below, DO NOT link it in this section but DO provide timestamps as they correlate to the incident.

    Summary:
While units returned to City Hall we found Ivy Hirano, and Becks Hirano with another individual. The individuals kept asking for an advertisement and was told no.

Soon Ivy spotted Lewis through the glass and walked to the glass attempting to shout through the glass to Lewis, soon later after I did checking within City Hall Lester Conway requested all 3 individuals to leave. The individuals failed to comply then stating they need someone to marry them where they were told to go to the officiants list. During this Ivy and all of them had a plain view and knowingly told they were asked to leave the property, which all of them refused.

Soon after Becks and the unknown individual left and Ivy walked to the window continuing to shout through the window, where Director Lester Conway placed her in cuffs and informed her that she is under arrest.
    Evidence Details
Document the possessions confiscated from the arrested suspect. Ivy and the 2 other individuals did not comply. This is to serve as a SECOND notice to the defendant that bench trials are currently scheduled on multiple days throughout the week. Please notify the court if these times do not work for you. The expectation of the court is that each defendant file a notice for availability in the next 7 days. Date, times, and formatting shown here. The courts will only provide the defendant three notices prior to involuntarily dismissing the case in favor of prosecution due to lack of response from the defendant.

ISSUANCE OF VERDICT

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Ivy Raven
#25-CM-0025

A decision was reached in the above case on the 12th day of April, 2025.

With regards to the singular charge being contested, the court will note that the defendant was told directly by Lester Conway, "If you don't leave you will be charged with trespassing" which more than constitutes a clear and distinct notice to the defendant.

Regardless of whether their behavior at City Hall constituted threatening behavior, the penal code notes that,
management, high command, or law enforcement officers (LEOs) reasonably request an individual to leave due to threatening behavior, causing a nuisance, or disrupting services, and the individual refuses to leave or returns to the area, they are guilty of trespassing.

The defendant is then clearly seen and heard disobeying the previous order issued by Mr. Lester Conway, and proceeds to cause a nuisance at city hall, as shown in the evidence provided by prosecution. Shortly after the defendant is then appropriately detained and then arrested by GSB.

It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
  • On the count of NM06 - Trespassing, I find the defendant, Ivy Raven, guilty.

As with any given guilty verdict, the court reserves the right to seek court fees for time, effort, and resources expended on any case. As such, the court will be fining the defendant $15,000 for the court's time, effort, and resources for this case.
