Terms of Dissolution

We, Party A and Party B, hereby petition the court for a summary dissolution of marriage and declare the following conditions exist on the date this petition is filed with the court:

I. MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

• A contract between Party A and Party B entitled MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT has been filed and authenticated by the San Andreas Judicial Branch, which outlines any and all issues related to the division of assets, having the terms within said contract set to be executed upon the court's order to dissolve our marriage.

II. DURATION REQUIREMENT

• Less than five years have passed between the date of our marriage and the date this petition is filed.

III. SPOUSAL SUPPORT

• Neither spouse will ever request spousal support or alimony from the other.

IV. MARITAL DEBT

• Excluding obligations with respect to cars, we do not jointly owe more than $10,000 in debt.

V. MINOR CHILDREN

• There are no minor children who were born or adopted during our marriage and neither one of us, to our knowledge, is pregnant.

VI. RIGHT TO APPEAL

• We hereby waive any and all rights to appeal any decision made by the court stemming from this petition.

VII. AGREEMENT

• Both parties willingly agree to dissolve the marriage and follow the terms listed within the previously established marital settlement agreement.

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

Aliyah Evergarden v. Morana Evergarden

A court order was issued in the above case on the 8th day of January, 2025.

The court, on the above date, has hereby decreed that the marriage solemnized on the 24/SEP/2024 at San Andreas City Hall between Aliyah Evergarden and Morana Evergarden be dissolved.

The Court finds there to be no community assets or debts able to be adjudicated by this Court nor was any child born to or adopted by Aliyah Evergarden and Morana Evergarden, and no child is expected.

Petitioners are hereby granted a Divorce Decree, dissolving the marriage that took place and each is returned to the status of an unmarried person. Each party shall have set aside to them, as individuals, the debts they incurred and shall hold the other party harmless therefrom. Each party shall have affirmed to them as their sole and separate property, the property they brought to the union as individuals.

It is hereby certified that the decree of divorce is made final and absolute.
