• Esteemed Mr. Williams,
  
  The defendant is somehow incapable to use technology, so only found out about the trial 24 hours ago when he arrived at city hall asking for an update due to lack of communication from the defence. As per Mr. Bathsheba's 6th amendment right to confront his accusers and him being the one advocating a further reschedule, I elected to push back the date of the trial to be one that both the defence and prosecution both made claim to be available for as per the last scheduling notice. Further more, since the defendant is the one who would be most impacted by a further reschedule, I have no issue accommodating his request.
  
  Should you find yourself unable to commit to the previously committed times and dates please inform the court promptly.
