2.10 - Why should we accept you for that position?: I was a officer worked in the DOC without any strikes and warnings when I was working in SADOC. So I was very helpful to everyone and was active in a few divisions too. I'm always dedicated to my work and I think I can work with my full potential. Also I have gain experience in LEO for years now i used to work in both PD and DOC. So I have experience in working different kinds of roles and divisions.

As I was previously trained as a Law enforcement officer on both DOC and PD , I quiet have some knowledge in the field. My communication skills, problem-solving abilities and crisis Management skills can help the department to solve the problems arise from the public and can help to manage those. Also my physical fitness, teamwork and collaboration, technical skills like gun handling and driving can help SADOC to make the city a better place by reforming criminals and making the prison environment safe. Since I grew up in a multicultural environment, my cultural competency can help SADOC build community relations and promote trust between law enforcement and the public and also within the inmates.
My desire to serve the community made me choose a challenging career like law enforcement and also my previous experience in Law enforcement made me join the SADOC and also my professional life growth.
