It was the 13th of October, 2024. Defendant was working and "trying to get money to pay his debts". There were two persons trying to rob him. Mr. Enzo states that one of the robbers had purple dreadlocks and the other one had short hair and Russian or Ukrainian accent. When the Police arrived Mr. Enzo was the one captured by the LSPD Officer and "needed to serve justice by himself because the Officer refused to listen to him about the robbery" even though robbers were right next to him. Defendant also recounts that Police Officer asked for the proof of the robbery and Mr. Enzo showed Police Officer the blood marks on his hands as the robbers grabbed defendant while trying to rob him. "Police Officer just stood there and did not help" so defendant took the matters into his own hands and took his car to drive away and accidentally rammed the car of the Police Officer. After that defendant was being chased by the same Officer, but tried to run away because he "did not do anything wrong and was just trying to get his money back". Mr. Enzo additionally states that he did not have any weapons on him by the time of the arrest.
