I was in my apartment and walked outside with a mask and underwear on when i saw multiple police officers out front. I turned left and walked to the side of the apartment and a police cruiser aggressively pulled towards me to where I thought I was going to get hit, they immediately pull tazers and don't say anything an taze me to the ground, after putting me in cuffs i ask what I'm being arrested for and they said they are detaining me, after multiple times of asking with no response they made me get my hakoucho drag from my apartment building where I live, not sure at what point but an officer told me that someone saw someone with descriptive clothing that i did not have on my person went into my apartment. I then was placed in a police cruiser where they then would search my vehicle, there were 6-8 officers on scene at this point. While inside the vehicle a cop walks to his trunk and takes out what looks like to be a battering ram for my apartment, i ask what is going on and someone responds "oh nothing don't worry about it". At this point there is nothing I can do because I am handcuffed inside the cruiser. I see 2 officers take the apartment elevator. After numerous minutes of waiting most of the officers disperse and I am in a cruiser with an officer who takes me to DOC. On the way to DOC the officer says "I like the interior of your apartment if you did it yourself or had a designer do it" confirming that they forcefully went into my apartment being there is no other way to see the interior besides through the front door. Even after entering my apartment no evidence of the clothing they suspected me wearing or any illegal things were found inside my apartment and I was sentenced and served my time at DOC
