INDICTMENT

---

• THE PROSECUTION CHARGES THAT:
  
  1. On 5/JUL/2022, I (Attorney General Hugh R. Allgood) received a case file from LSPD containing facts involving the murder of a construction worker. The case file included the body camera of an on-duty medic, and the video shows a man shooting a worker, removing property from the man while he was injured, and then shooting the man several more times to kill him.
     
     The man who killed the worker was wearing a mask, however, you can see the man's hair, part of his face, and his tattoos. The case file contains a mugshot photo of Mr. Kingstone, who appears to be the same individual as the one who murdered the construction worker.
     
     Furthermore, a construction vehicle assigned to Mr. Kingstone was found on the scene of the murder by responding LSPD Officers and Detectives.

  You are hereby directed to arrest Tyrone Kingstone and bring him/her to the San Andreas Courthouse at 33 Vespucci Blvd without unnecessary delay who is accused of an offense or violation based on the following document filed with the court:

  • You are ordered to appear before a judge at the San Andreas Courthouse at 33 Vespucci Blvd within the next seven days or make contact with the San Andreas Judicial Branch to schedule an Arraignment Hearing for crimes alleged against you.
