2.5 Details of planned event (Please provide a map with planned road closures, if they are required, an example can be seen here):- Since Bayview is participating in the third annual Trick Or Treat event, we have hoped to do a go-cart track. There people will be able to race in groups, before continuing to another stage in the trick or treat event. The trick or treat event is a joint effort of multiple organizations within the city. People have to drive to multiple locations and do minigames there, earning points as they do so.
Past years have shown that the event is going to have around 80 to 100 participants, due to the fast pace of it, however, there won’t be that many people at once at any stages.
We do have a written confirmation to sue the property of Mr Smith, the owner of the car dealership already. A copy of that email has been attached, as well as a picture of the track we are planning to do.
