My name is Jack Falkenlove, I am 25 years old and I am currently employed at Los Santos Customs as an Assistant Supervisor in Management. In my current role with Los Santos Customs I deal with a variety of different tasks and work from looking over and accepting applications, doing interviews, and working closely with my fellow co-workers whether that be keeping them in line or having to give out warnings and suspensions or teaching them the several different skills they need to succeed as a mechanic. Before working at Los Santos Customs I did a small stint at Bayview and before that I worked full time at one of the few companies I own.

2.2 Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 75 words)
I have a good work ethic and I get along with most people as well as I have experience working security in other avenue's from working for Jay Plague for his business Plague's Tomb or the many times I've worked alongside GSB for security for events. I want to join and work for DOC as I have had several command and other members reach out to me in the past to put in an application for work here and I feel like it's finally time for me to take this step into a new career path.

2.3 If you are an ex-felon, what have you learned and changed about yourself since being charged with a felony or misdemeanor (minimum 50 words)?
I have two clear past charges being felony evasion and a misdemeanor reckless operations, the felony evasion I was taken hostage in the backseat of a vehicle that then went on a police chase, I later learned the name of the many who stole the vehicle was Jay Money. My misdemeanor I accidently backed up into a police vehicle and he arrested me for it. To be honest the lessons learned from these charges are not much as the first wasn't my fault and the second was extreme pettiness from the arresting officer who threw me into jail for backing up into his ram bar.

I once worked at Bayview and was a senior mechanic before transferring to Los Santos Customs where I now hold a managerial position as an assistant supervisor.
