According to documentation, VF04 - Felony Public Endangerment, GM09 - Vigilantism, and WM01 - Unlawful Brandishing of a Firearm or Weapon were incurred by the defendant at the same time on the 10th of October. The prosecution's Motion for Voluntary Dismissal is hereby granted. The disputed charges of VF04 - Felony Public Endangerment, GM09 - Vigilantism, WM01 - Unlawful Brandishing of a Firearm or Weapon, and WM02 - Possession of a Class 1 Firearm will be removed from the record of the defendant. Thank you to both parties, this case is hereby dismissed.

The defendant should make their way to City Hall for a payment of $42,000 and a notation on their record that the charges have been removed.
