• 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200 word minimum)
  • I have always had a keen interest in the law, several generations of my family have practiced or been involved in law. I would like to help make the city a better place by contributing by working with the Judicial Branch. While I have not practiced law, due to my interest in it I have a reasonable understanding of how the law works. I have taken a keen interest in the laws and constitution of the city as well as the public information released by this agency. I think a job with the San Andreas Judicial Branch would allow me to apply my interest in the law and help the citizens of the city. I am very interested in helping make the legal process for the citizens of San Andreas as smooth. quick and as fair as possible. I know that San Andreas Judicial Branch has been working toward this and I would love to be a part of making that change happen either in defense or prosecution.
    
    In summary, I think the main reason for my application is to help the people of the city. I think I could apply myself to this for my own desire to do something good for the city. At the same time, I would love to help make the city a better and more fair place for all of its citizens while helping maintain law and order.

  • My name is Malik Freeman, I came to this city when a business associate passed away in an unfortunate accident. I am originally from Jamaica but have lived in the United States for several years. While I may not have formally practiced law, it is a subject I have put a lot of energy into understanding. It may be strange to some, but the legal system and its procedure and formality make sense to my engineer brain. Living in the Caribbean, I have seen a lot of law turned against the citizens and it has become a personal crusade to help the common citizen within the legal system. If as a prosecutor, to ensure a fair streamlined process even for the people I may need to prosecute. Or as defense counsel, to fight to protect the rights of my client while keeping an eye towards problems that could affect others in the same way. While I am an engineer by trade, I would love to apply myself to the law, for the benefit of all involved.

  • Driven. I am driven to do well at this career path, I am driven to make a difference in the lives of the people I serve. I am driven to be a force of good in and part of the change for the better in the city. I have always tried to live by 'Be the change you want to see' and as a result of this I feel that I need to push myself to be that change.
