2. REQUIREMENTS & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

➤ The applicant must fullfill the following requirements at the moment of the application is posted:
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be a legal citizen residing in San Andreas.
- Must not be affiliated with any criminal groups, in or outside of San Andreas for at least 12 months.
- Must not have any previous serious felony convictions.
- Must be free from any previous felony convictions for at least 12 months from applying.
- Must be free from any previous serious misdemeanor convictions for at least 6 months from applying.
- Must be free from minor misdemeanors (e.g. reckless driving) for at least 60 days from applying.
- Must complete the SADOC FRD Program.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills.

➤ As an intern in this bureau, your primary duties will be to shadow Human Resource Officials handling government applications, conducting interviews, and doing periodic background checks and other paperwork. You will be at the forefront of the government to assist and welcome new employees.- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Officials.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
- Be trained to deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and HR Officials to schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Public Relations Intern - Public Relations Bureau
➤ As an intern in this bureau, your primary duties will be to shadow Public Relations Officials handling the bureau duties, talking to and logging issues brought up by the general public, and the creation of Press Releases and Newsletters. You will be at the forefront of the government for public and media relations.- Assist with day-to-day operations of the PRB functions and duties.
- Provide public relations advice to other government officials.
- Be a front-facing representative on announcements other bureaus wish to make.
- Be trained to deal with PR requests from government workers.
- Be trained to set up events at the request of other government agencies (e.g. job fairs)
BPB Intern - Business & Property Bureau
➤ As an intern in this department, your primary duties will be two-fold. Firstly, you will review all Business Registration and Licensing Applications and process them until they are pending approval from a Licensing Official. Secondly, you will review all Property & Housing requests, processing them until they are pending approval from a Property & Housing Official, and process property payments.
All other duties may be completed as delegated by the Deputy Director or Director.
➤ Other tasks include;- Process business registration applications, ensuring documents are correctly formatted & business owners are eligible to apply.
- Prepare business licensing applications for approval by a government official, ensuring they are correctly formatted, and applicants meet the requirements.
- Process renewal paperwork in a timely manner, to allow business owners to be able to receive advertising services from media outlets.
- Prepare Citizen Licenses applications for approval by a government official, ensuring they are correctly formatted, and applicants meet the requirements.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Business Licensing Bureau and Property & Housing Bureau.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Business Licensing Officials and Property & Housing Officials.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to property management, sales, and leasing.
- Be trained to deal with handling inquiries, management of properties, and all other task assigned.
- Coordinate communication between Property & Housing Officials and Property Requestors.
- Conduct property inspections, serve foreclosure orders, and creation of work orders for approved property requests.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisory staff include but are not limited to; Providing feedback on bureau processes, assisting in higher ranking matters such as paperwork approval.
Flight Instructor - San Andreas Aviation Administration
➤ As an intern in this bureau, your primary duties will be to shadow SAAA Officials handling organizational policy and regulation drafting, contacting other business and Government offices, and enforcing SAAA rules and regulations. You will be at the forefront of building a new organization.- Assist with day-to-day SAAA tasks outlined by the Administrator.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to SAAA Officials.
- Process documentation and policy, being able to write it on your own and take credible feedback.
- Be trained to enforce SAAA policy, contacting Instructor sna Pilots to follow up where needed.
- Coordinate communication with Government agencies internally and externally
- Take the initiative and research what you need with minimal guidance, based on an outline of activities.
Congressional Assistant - Law Review Committee
➤ As a Congressional Assistant of the LRC, your primary duties will be to assist the house clerks and speakers though filing clerical paperwork & developing official documentation. Depending on your skills, some may be selected by a serving representative to help develop the language of a bill, or be an intermediary to explain the legislative process.
With further promotion, one can expect to join either the congressional division or the administrative division of the LRC. The congressional division will see congressional assistants further develop into the role of house clerk and eventually as a deputy speaker, a leadership position that controls the manner of debate within the chambers. The administrative division oversees all nonpolitical aspects of the assembly and provides for the transition of elected and appointed representatives. The administrative division also works to preserve the ethical and procedural rules of the chambers.
Additional responsibilities include;
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the LRC.
- Provide clerical and administrative support for LRC staff & representatives.
- Work with representatives to develop the language of bills & resolutions.
- Work alongside the administrative division to support elections when called, including taking part in the official count of ballets as needed.
- Take part in continuing education on legislative systems and processes.
