    • Before coming to the USA, I practiced as a Criminal Defense Barrister in the UK. My career so far has been committed to upholding justice and fair representation for the accused, and this has provided me with a deep understanding of criminal law and courtroom procedings.

      As I embark on this new chapter in my legal career, I am eager to leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the American justice system. I believe that commencing my journey within the San Andreas Judicial Branch would be a strategic first step.
      I believe the San Andreas Judicial Branch is a logical next step for the development of my career where the more diverse caseload will offer a stimulating environment where I can continue to grow as a legal professional. I am confident that my background in criminal defense, coupled with my strong analytical and communication skills, would make me a valuable asset to the Branch.

      I am particularly interested in exploring novel opportunities within the San Andreas court system where.     • My Masters in Law involved rigorous academic training in legal systems and principles. King's College London ultimately provided a deep understanding of the intricate interplay between law, politics, philosophy, and ethics. This training has allowed me to explore the underlying principles that shape legal systems and the ethical implications of the judicial system.

      One of the most valuable aspects of my studies was the opportunity to delve into the philosophical foundations of law. I worked with the literature of legal philosophers as John Rawls, H.L.A. Hart, and Ronald Dworkin, which gave insights into the nature of justice, law in society, and the relationship between law and morality.

      My ability to critically analyze legal arguments and consider alternative perspectives has earned me the reputation of a "devil's advocate". I am adept at identifying potential flaws in legal reasoning and challenging assumptions that may be taken for granted. This skill is invaluable in the legal profession, where the ability to think critically and objectively is essential for effective advocacy and sound decision-making.
