- Why would you like to lead the Public Relations for the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (Minimum of 125 words)
- During my 21-month tenure at the Department of Corrections, I have immensely enjoyed working in public relations and believe I can bring that same passion and dedication to the judicial branch. One of my favorite activities is planning events because I love bringing joy and happiness to people and seeing them finally relax. At the Department of Corrections, I have organized several events, each of which has brought smiles to the otherwise stern faces of our correctional officers. I am confident that I can replicate this success within the judicial branch. Additionally, I aim to bring transparency and openness to the judicial branch through special press releases and a monthly press release. By doing everything listed above, I think I can foster a better relationships with the public and make us an easily approachable branch of government
What interests you most about Public Relations and why? (Minimum of 100 words)- Every month at the Department of Corrections, I organize three distinct activities. First, I manage our main press release, where I write several articles and assign others to write special pieces. This ensures comprehensive and engaging content for our audience. Second, I coordinate an internal event for our employees, allowing us to hang out off duty, collaborate as a team, and relax. These events foster team spirit and camaraderie among staff members. Third, I plan an external event where we interact with the public, showcasing our "softer" side and building positive relationships with the community. These activities are the ones I enjoy the most because they combine my passion for communication, teamwork, and public engagement. I am confident that my experience in organizing these events can bring similar benefits to the judicial branch, enhancing both internal cohesion and external perception.
- Time management is crucial in public relations, especially when working on time-sensitive matters. You need the drive to buckle down and get the story out, no matter what. I am a self-starter who requires little to no supervision; leave me alone with a computer, and PR magic just starts happening.
I am also very much a people person. I have no problem walking up to someone, sitting down to talk, or interviewing them to ensure the questions I ask paint them in a positive light. My ability to connect with people and handle PR tasks efficiently makes me well-suited for this role.
- I am a Captain at the San Andreas Department of Corrections and im in divisional command in several divisions so i am used to leading people and yes, im am very self motivated

By day 30: I will have gained an understanding of the current PR system and identified any shortcomings. I will implement policies and procedures to address these issues and ensure the PR division runs smoothly. Additionally, I will plan an internal event to bring all JB members together as a welcome to the team. I would work on any backlog of Public relations projects and I would sit down with the JB High command to introduce myself and ask them what they think PR should look like here.
By day 60: I will have issued two press releases and started building an internal public relations team. I will begin overhauling the internal handbook and develop a set of templates to standardize press releases and other PR materials, making it easy for anyone to publish. Furthermore, I will plan and host training sessions for the PR team to enhance their skills and ensure consistency.
By day 90: I will find an assistant head of public relations and start training them to be my replacement. I will have rewritten the handbook, hosted six events, and improved the overall image of the branch.
