When Vehicular Crimes are committed in the State of San Andreas, Law Enforcement Agencies commonly suspend BOTH your truckers license, and drivers license, despite them being distinctly two different kinds of license as well as the penal code stating that each specific license is only suspended IF USED

There is also common belief that you require a drivers license to also operate heavier vehicles such as those listed in this press release authored by Associate Justice Daniels, however within this press release, it does not make mention that you need BOTH licenses, only that you need a truckers license to operate them.

As such, I petition the Supreme Court of San Andreas to review the daily suspension of both types of license in situations where only a commercial sized vehicle listed in the previously mentioned press release, or any other kind of non-commercial vehicle where it is required to have a Drivers License are used in alleged vehicle crimes as well as classify further which vehicles count as requiring a drivers license to operate.
