PLEA AGREEMENT


  • Pursuant to the case of State of San Andreas v. Robert Pacer; Prosecuting Attorney Hope Kant, Public Defense Attorney Izaak Scott, and the defendant, Robert Pacer, have entered into agreement, the terms of which are as follows;
    1. Current Charges
      1. GM02 - Battery
    2. Former Charges
      The state shall pursue the current charges listed above, in place of the original charges listed below:
      1. Attempted SF02 - Murder
    3. General Provisions
      • The defendant agrees to plead guilty to the Current Charges outlined in Section I. The State waives the right to pursue the Former Charges outlined in Section II in regards to this particular incident. The defendant will not be required to pay court fees or associated appeal fees. Additionally the state will not be required to pay the difference in fines/time served.

        The defendant will agree to a mandatory monthly anger management meeting for at least 4 sessions, which will be reported back to the prosecution each month for attendance and general progress. These classes are to be conducted with either a LSEMS or SADOC licensed psychologists on their own personal time. The first class is required to be attended by the defendant within one month of the posting of the plea agreement on the docket.

        The defendant will agree, that, if a violent or serious felony were to be incurred by the defendant from the point of posting on the docket until 90 days has run it's course, the defendant would retain the original charge of Attempted SF02 - Murder.
    4. Waiver of Rights
      • It is CRITICAL that you read this section of the plea agreement thoroughly. By signing this document, the defendant agrees to surrender certain rights, notably; the defendant may not further appeal charges agreed to within this plea bargain.

        This agreement may not be terminated at the discretion of a defendant, the defendant's counsel, nor the prosecution; it may only be terminated by the presiding judge under strict guidelines set forth by the Supreme Court of San Andreas.

        By signing this document, the defendant is pleading guilty to the charges outlined in Section I and these charges may not be challenged at a later date.

A Plea Agreement has been filed by the Prosecution and has been accepted by the court. Within the agreement, the defendant pled guilty to the charge of GM02 - Battery.


It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
