      Date of Birth: 31/JAN/1997

Occupation: Police Cadet, Los Santos Police Department
    Witness Statement
    • On the 6th of July, 2024, Police Cadet Skylar Dawson and Police Officer Oli Greenwood were conducting a field patrol session when they witnessed the defendant in his Mule pushing a Warrener towards Los Santos Customs(Further called LSC). He did not pull over when prompted and once we reached LSC, he was charged with VM03 - Reckless Operation of a Road or Marine Vehicle.

((I code 0'd after I gave him the citation, returning asap but missed him striking the mechanic, however Oli saw it and informed me.))
After this he proceeded to get into a verbal argument with one of the mechanics when said mechanic, unfortunately I didn't get his name, asked me to charge him with Battery and have him trespassed from the premises, after hearing the mechanic ask me to charge him, the defendant approached the mechanic and striked him again, insulting his appearance as he did so. It was at that time the defendant was detained and read his rights. As Cadet Dawson and Officer Greenwood were leaving to transport the defendant to Mission Row a supervisor at LSC followed us out the door and told us that they want the defendant and his accomplice from the Warrener trespassed and they would be blacklisted furthermore from LSC.

The defendant was then transported to Mission Row Precinct, where he was charged and served his sentence.

((I unfortunately don't have my rp proof of bodycam as I cleared out my screenshot folder and recycling bin literally yesterday forgetting I'd need it.))

Occupation: Police Officer III, Los Santos Police Department
    Witness Statement
    • Myself and Cadet Dawson followed a Mule pushing a Warrener from Las Lagunas Blvd all the way to LSC, as the Cadet was on a Mock Evaluation I could not intervene though I completely agree with the actions that the Cadet carried out.

The Mule didn't stop pushing the vehicle once sirens and lights were on, the Cadet had issued a citation to the driver of the Mule for this stunt. Once done, we stayed at LSC for a little longer to ensure that everything is alright; that is when Owen Bauld had slapped an LSC employee. He was then asked to leave the premises which he did not do, therefore said LSC employee pressed charges for battery and trespassing.

Mr. Bauld was swiftly apprehended by Skylar and placed in the back of the cruiser, while the Cadet Dawson also had to deal with Mr. Bauld's friend as he was vandalising a LSC flatbed because his vehicle was being towed as a result of not moving it out of one of the bays.

Upon arriving at MRPD, Owen was processed and at the end he requested for a lawyer therefore the Cadet reached out to JB via the department radio.

      Phone Number: 274-2333

    Witness Statement
    • "Could you please tell or show me where the incident took place at LSC and if any of the CCTV cameras at LSC would have managed to record the incident?"
The incident took place just to the right of the entry doors of LSC, the camera's at the entry door would absolutely have caught what happened on scene.

"Additionally, in your witness statements it was said that the Mule was being driven and owned by Owen Bauld and that the Warrener was registered to Ethan Bauld; can you please confirm this?"
The Mule was driven and owned by Owen Bauld and the Warrener was was owned and was being steered by Ethan Bauld.

"Can you also inform me if either of the two vehicles involved were impounded? I am unable to find any paperwork for either vehicles being impounded in relation to the incident it is however mentioned the Mule was being towed."
The Warrener had been boxed by an LSC tow truck in the area that LSC employees sign out their vehicles for Roadside Assistance. They were going to impound that car because Ethan had refused to leave. After Ethan couldn't get the Warrener out of being cornered he ran to the Mule and evaded, multiple Police units pursuing after him. I'm not sure what happened after that because I had processed Mr Owen Bauld and another call had come in that Oli and I had to respond to before the Defense Attorney arrived. After he arrived we were 10-9 with them. Perhaps LSC also impounded the Mule?

    Witness Statement
    • The incident occurred next to the supervisor parking inside of LSC, the camera above the garage doors could have recorded the incident

Ethan Bauld was in the Warrener and Owen Bauld was in the Mule. Though, once the Cadet put Owen Bauld in the cruiser, Ethan took the Mule and evaded.

I believe the Mule was impounded once Ethan Bauld was caught, though I was not in that situation personally thus I can not confirm. An LSC employee had towed the Warrener and impounded it.
