Date & Time of Incident(s): 29/JUNE/2024 14:30
Charge(s):
  • Evading an Officer
  • Attempted Murder of a Gov
  • Possession of Class 2 Firearm
  • Possession of Weapon Modifications
Narrative:
I was at Catfish View chillin' by the beach when I heard a police cruiser driving in - initially, I thought they were gonna buy the house there as it is for sale as far as I know. Anywho, the cop hopped out and engaged with another individual who was actively shooting him. I freaked out and started running away; unfortunately, I got shot by the deputy in the crossfire as he failed to identify me. That's what I believe happened during this situation but there is a chance that a bullet ricochet and hit me as I was running away to save my life. While I was running away, two deputies started running after me, aiming their heavy weapons as if I were some terrorist. I stopped running and immediately complied with them as I didn't want to get arrested for failure to comply.

The deputies then started questioning me about the shooting so I explained to them that I've been there in the area of catfish since yesterday and I heard shots and ran away to avoid getting shot at. Deputy Beta badge number 20722 then found a Micro SMG and a .50 pistol 100 meters away from me and claimed they were mine. I told him they weren't as I didn't use any weapons on this day. I also mentioned the suspect swam away and I witnessed him doing so. The suspect who engaged the deputy dropped the guns and a piece of clothing by the beach and swam away.

An Investigator arrived on scene which to be fair, the dude is a TOP G - shoutout to my drilla James Valor! But I digress.. they pulled prints from the weapons and only found my prints on the .50 pistol. I am not sure how my prints got there, I did have a gun license back in the day and that probably explains it, or I could be framed by someone else, nonetheless, I told them I'll get the Class 1 charge. However, Deptuy Beta decided to call for a supervisor after saying "Nah bro I ain't letting you get away with this" to which Commander Reno arrived on scene and did a horrible job at demonstrating basic investigative skills and exercising common sense. Their Commander just spoke with the Investigator on scene who wasn't present during the shootout, and told Beta to charge me with everything that happened.

I did not evade cops, I did not possess a Micro SMG with attachments and I certainly did not shoot a cop. All those charges are being placed based on the fact that my prints were found on a .50 pistol which was found near the Micro SMG that was used in the shooting. The deputy has no evidence of me possessing this firearm, nor any evidence to support any of those charges. All the evidence they have is "circumstantial evidence". I am requesting the Sheriff's Department to present bodycam footage showing me evading the deputy and engaging with him using a Micro SMG.

I, Harvey Keller, hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines.
