Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections?
I want to jo Departament of Corrections because I have passion for security, I just opened my small business organizations of personal driver and security, I don't get alot of calls, but I definetely enjoy to secure someone. Prison would be a place to me. Also I am looking to improve people life, who Is spending their time at prison.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I am always trying to be calm in any situations, because panicing can make situation even worse.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I am planning to work on full energy about 8 hours a day ((4-5 hrs ))

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
When I was 19 years old, just when I passed the school, I went to army. In army I have learned alot of useful things, as tactics or good aim. In army we had alot of trainings, It wasn't easy, but i have learnt alot and I don't even regret a bit. Also I was awarded a medal for good team working on our finnishing tests. I can easily work with team as I would work alone. My communication ability is well trained for anything, wheter it's expected or unexpected situation.

I am Rapolas Stewart (25 year old) guy. I came from Lithuania, which is my birth country, I was searching for more activities around the world and chose to live in Los Santos. When I finnished my school I went to army, I was there for 2 years and learn alot of things. After army I moved to LS, I have been working as postal and taxi driver. Working as postal driver wasn't the best idea, I couldn't improve myself, then I moved to DCC, I have worked couple years and then left. Now I am looking for a new job where I could improve myself, help to other citizens. I have been serving military and learn alot of useful things, which I could use for other jobs. Army taught me not to fear of anything, it built me a good strenght and ability to make good tactics against victims.

Why should we hire you over anyone else (minimum 100 words)?
You should hire me to Departament of Corrections, because I have passion for this kind of job, I have good ability to work in a team, which I have learnt in military. I also have plans how to make prisoners life a little bit easier with more activities. I don't have fear to communicate with strangers and I can do that easily. I always try all my best, no matter what job is, I want to make job as perfect as possible. I always go through any obstacle that can occur my job and no matter how hard can it be, I always try my best. I am really helpful and friendly. I have some experience of securing people by working in my small organization, don't worry organization is on free time and it won't affect my main job. [/i]
