My name is Mark Silva. I was born in 2000 in a small town called North Yankton. I moved to Los Santos at the age of 15 with my family to start a new life. As a kid, I always was around my father, who was a mechanic. We worked on several cars together almost every day; when moving to Los Santos, I took up a mechanic career, and after being a mechanic for a while, I wanted a change of pace. I feel I am ready for a more critical, high stress position and look forward to applying to the Department of Corrections.

2.2 Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 75 words)
I learn quickly and get along well with others. Those are my two most significant strengths. When doing my initial Mechanic training at Los Santos Customs, I picked up on everything quite quickly and got along with my colleagues almost instantly. I want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections not only as a challenge to myself but also to further my career in government work. I see myself as very ambitious, and I like to reach the goals I set for myself.

3. Past Experiences & History

3.1 Have you ever worked for a government agency or any other job before? If so, which ones and what was your position?
I worked at Los Santos Customs and became a junior mechanic. After a while, I transferred to Bayview Auto Center, and I'm currently there as a Mechanic.

3.2 Have you ever been convicted of a crime? If so, explain:
Speeding, I was going 170~ in the city, got caught and served my time.
