Narrative:

When I woke up today unmarked SD units started following me around, I called in and stated that I am scared and that I think im going to get kidnapped. It turned out they where following me for a warrant from charges placed my PD.

I was wrongly charged based on poor evidence for a crime I did not commit.

Hugo from SD told me he strongly disagrees with the charges and that I should appeal.

Witness Statement

• To start with I was currently at the Mission Row Precinct when a LSPD Officer Requested I assist with a Lady reporting her Vehicle stolen, When I spoke with her, She mentioned her GPS was pinging up north, I agreed to assist and drove to her car Located on the side of Mount Chiliad just a little west of Dignity Village, It was smoking heavily, Now when I got to the location of the vehicle the Lady showed up and with this I informed her do not touch the vehicle since I will need to run Prints on the vehicle.
  
  When I took my Finger Print kit from the cruiser and began spreading the aluminum powder all over with the brush, I then began locating prints and utilized my lifting tape to take the prints, from here I placed the tape onto the plates and ran them through the MDC to see if I am able to locate a Match.
  
  The lady informed me of Gali Vanti took the vehicle and with this Match came back to Gali Vanti which confirmed everything, From here I asked that this Gali did you allow him to take it and she said no he stole it, From here with his prints being all over the vehicle I was able to place a Warrant report since his prints should not be freshly on the interior of the vehicle, Steering wheel, Handbrake, gear stick and door handles.
  
  (( Before anything I requested STAFF help since no actual script for prints, This is where ADMIN ArcAngel responded and assisted, When she found who was the LAST Player to be in the driver seat, she informed me of the name, and also informed me that they had no Gloves on since ArcAngel checked player inventory. ))
  
  Due to protection on the Victim I would rather not mention any Names or Attach any Body-cam footage as of now unless requested other wise since I do not wish to have said Individual hunted down. Please feel free to request this privatly if needs be. (( Need to check if my POV saved. ))

Did the owner who alledges that I stole this car actually see me allegedly taking it?

Did the owner neglect to tell you that I had sat in the car just a few days earlier with the owner's permission?

Did you Question me at all before adding charges or did you go ahead and add the charges based on the whim of an alledged victim?

((OOCLY - When doing the crime Gali Did have gloves on and I can show POV of this. he then fell down the hill and died loosing his gloves))
