Randy Lee,

Thank you for your inquiry.

The Life-Saving Award, based on current documentation, has been bestowed upon four different Officers and was last awarded on the 22nd of February, 2023. There are no documented instances wherein an Officer had the Medal of Valor or Liberty Award bestowed upon them.

Currently, only internal releases exist for the issuance of these awards. Depending on details of instances resulting in such awards being bestowed upon Officers, public releases may be published for these should any issuance occur in the future.
