Narrative:
so I was at HE placing a Note on my car for sale, and then some guys appeared in wierd car and starts bullying me and making jokes so I started insulting them too and while I was placing the Note into my car, one of them picklocked my Phantom and when I knew it he got into the truck and stole all the stuff inside so I tried to not let him but I failed and then I insulted them over and over and rammed their car and one of them got out and started shooting me, so I was inside my car so I started driving on the sand for my life and I pulled out my phone and called 911 suddenly so I looked back and saw them leaving and then I went back to them and insulted once again to make them stay at HE so police can catch them once appearing and then I rammed their car again and cops showed up and I told them that they're the guys who shot me, and they got chased, so I had some stuff from them that I needed back, so I drove my truck towards vespucci and found them caught so I got out of my truck and said ''pussies'' and then one of the officers came to me and said take your mask off so I took it off and realized that they can remember my face after (the suspects) so I put my mask on again and whispered the officer that I can't cause of that and I have some stuff that they stole from me, so he said okay whisper me your name, and I did, so I ran to one of the guys who got inside the cruiser and whispered some insults and he insulted me too and that is when the officer appeared and told me to take off my mask so respectfully and I was trying to leave the area at that time so I said ''no'' and ran away to my truck and stopped but the officer pulled out his tazer and tazed me from behind as soon as he could when I was (away from them) and (were next to my truck) which he didn't care and still tazed me and arrested me for those charges and didn't care about anything that I said to him, I whispered him that is why I didn't take my mask off but he says I don't care and I said the other officer said it's fine but he said It's not my problem. I shouldn't get those charges and 30 weeks in jail just because I didn't wanted to put my life in danger by taking my mask off and getting my stuff back which was stolen by the suspects.

PLEA AGREEMENT

---

• Pursuant to the case of State of San Andreas v. Shady Williams; Prosecuting Attorney Hope Kant, Public Defense Attorney Shaun Harper, and the defendant, Shady Williams, have entered into agreement, the terms of which are as follows;
  
  1. Current Charges
     1. GC03 - Disorderly Conduct
  2. Former Charges
     The state shall pursue the current charges listed above, in place of the original charges listed below:
     1. GM10 - Failure to Comply / Identify
     2. GM19 - Face Concealment (b)
  3. General Provisions
     • The defendant agrees to plead guilty to the Current Charges outlined in Section I. The State waives the right to pursue the Former Charges outlined in Section II in regards to this particular incident. The defendant will not be required to pay court fees or associated appeal fees.
  4. Waiver of Rights
     • It is CRITICAL that you read this section of the plea agreement thoroughly. By signing this document, the defendant agrees to surrender certain rights, notably; the defendant may not further appeal charges agreed to within this plea bargain.
       
       This agreement may not be terminated at the discretion of a defendant, the defendant's counsel, nor the prosecution; it may only be terminated by the presiding judge under strict guidelines set forth by the Supreme Court of San Andreas.
       
       By signing this document, the defendant is pleading guilty to the charges outlined in Section I and these charges may not be challenged at a later date.

ISSUANCE OF VERDICT

A decision was reached in the above case on the 21st day of July, 2023.

The case of #23-CM-0077, State of San Andreas v. Shady Williams has been resolved.

A plea agreement between the defense and prosecution has been submitted and accepted by the court. As outlined in the full agreement, the defendant agrees to plead guilty to GC03 - Disorderly Conduct in exchange for the prosecution's dropping of the GM10 - Failure to Comply / Identify and GM19 - Face Concealment (b) charges.

It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:

• On the count of GC03 - Disorderly Conduct, I find the defendant, Shady Williams, guilty.

The defendant is therefore entitled to compensation for the difference in fines paid and time served in the total amount of $4,500. The defendant is encouraged to receive said compensation from a qualified judge at City Hall, located at 1 Rockford Drive.
