End of Employment Reason: After working at HMP Brixton, I set up a non-profit charity to help feed underprivileged children from the estate that I grew up on, ultimately this was something I wished to pursue more so I resigned from my position at HMP Brixton.

Why should we accept you for that position?: Understandably, it has been a while since I last worked here, however, I still believe I will make a good addition to the DOC. During my previous tenures served here, I showed consistent dedication and hard work, leading CFT and also being in command of CIC. I had good relations with people within DOC, and my time served in the LSSD and LSPD means I've got a good rapport with members of each of the mentioned departments. I am known by more veteran employees of the DOC as a lighthearted, bubbly individual with a no-nonsense attitude when needed. My disciplinary record from my memory is short ( I believe one or two instances ) throughout my total time served. I feel like I should be accepted as I know I still have what it takes to serve this department to the best of my ability. I wish to re-prove my worth and climb back to the rank I was in due time. I've never been one to "half-ass" anything so I will always go above and beyond for my peers and my career as a whole. During my previous tenures, I assisted Deputy Warden Blata with the development of CIC, helping the division secure vehicles and write new policies and carry out training, etc. Whilst the head of CFT, with the help of now Commander Maximillian Speed, we re-wrote the divisional handbook, added new training sessions, and kept the training of new hires to a high standard, making sure not to rush them through the training process. Overall, I feel like I will benefit the department ( In a non egotistical manner ) to thrive and run efficiently with the time and dedication I will show.
Why should we accept your employment in the San Andreas Department of Corrections? I believe I've stated all my reasoning above in a clear manner. I will bring a hard-working and dedicated mindset back to the SADOC and will help our new hires with my previous experience employed with the department.
