The Motion for Voluntary Dismissal filed by the prosecution on the 13th of July is hereby granted. The charge of GM05 - Receiving Stolen Property shall be removed from the defendant's record and the defendant is entitled to $3,000 in compensation for fines paid and time served. The defendant is directed to receive said compensation from a qualified judge at City Hall, 1 Rockford Drive.
