Hello! Names Stevie. If I would describe myself I would say im a very open yet strict guy. I like to keep everything on point, not do something that wouldnt benefit me. Im always down for a challenge. Learn from others and my own mistakes and make a better community, work together and not againgst. I love interacting, meeting new people and learn about others cultures. Im in love with cars so you can say I wouldnt live a single minute without being able to drive nor have a car in sight. How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I would give up my whole life for a place at SADOC, it seems interesting yet challenging which I love.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 75 words)
I feel like I can contribute with an energy than no one else can. I am also very strict so im tough to crack. As if I would speak ill say that I have the tollerance, mindset and the urge to both learn and teach from and to other individuals. I have a strong mindset and would love some challenges here and there. If Im certain on what im doing I do the job the best I can, strong mindset in something im interested in. So to speak I think I would suit perfectly well in SADOC

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I would find my calm, take it easy. Find a solution, fix it. Im a tough nut so to speak, I can handle the very most.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 50 words)?
I see myself as a leader and a learner, what i get told I do, what people need to do i get them to do it. Noone can tell me what to do if I do not want to do it or if it goes way off my standards. I am an open human being, love to meet new people, interested in their lifestyle. As ive mentioned im a learner yet a teacher.
