My name is Frank Canton I came to Los Santos from a small town in Arkansas. I like helping people and giving back to my community. My hobbies are restoring cars to there former glory and playing cards. I don't have much family to speak of because they were all killed by a criminal that broke in to there home as they were sleeping. Once the man had made entry he went to there rooms individually and shot and killed each of them one by one. I knew from that day I had to make a difference in this world because I would not let there death be for nothing. So I moved here to Los Santos a crime stricken state so that I could do my part so that this might not happen to some one else.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I am in the city most every day and if hired i would spend most of if not all of my time here. I feel like what you do is very important to the structure and wellness of the city.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 75 words)
I think you should hire me because I would be an asset in not only the rehabilitation of the inmates, but I would help run a tight ship. If you are going to do something do it right the first time. That's the way I was raised and the way I live my life. I move with purpose and have based the actions I take on honor and discipline. I hold myself to a higher standard and am slow to anger. But most of all good people make bad decisions and if I can be the factor in helping that person make less bad decisions that's a win not only for me but society as a whole.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I am good at making solid rational decisions under any situation be it stressful or laid back. I have the ability to think on the fly and do not hesitate.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 50 words)?
I think the traits that would make me an asset are my ability to remain calm under pressure. Humbleness and willingness to learn. I found out long ago that no one knows it all. I have the ability to receive constructive criticism and not be offended. I don't have time to argue with inmates. I would expect them to do as asked my father kind of put it like this Tell, Make, Do, in other words first you ask someone then if they are non compliant you make someone do as they are told. I also have a masters in criminal justice from ASU
