Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections? I have been out of town for a while, when I came back I got assaulted by gang who injected heroin into my neck. This experience has enforced my decision to pursue a career in organization that tackles crime. To my understanding SADOC is supposed to reeducate offenders and offer them a way back into our society, which is what I would like to do.
What qualifications do you have that would be an asset to us?
I am wiling to build an environment where criminals have opportunity to redeem themselves. Instead of viewing time served in prison as punishment for what people have done I endorse different kind of perspective. Prison sentence is a cool-down period where people can rethink their life choices and their actions. I bring this mindset to SADOC and I believe that it would be the main asset that I offer for the organization.

I believe that our punishment system should aim to reform people who have taken wrong turn somewhere in life, which is why we need safe environment for those who want to reform.
Instead of violence I try and solve conflicts by words, it has helped me get out of multiple life threatening situations. If more people would resort to words we could avoid a lot of criminal activities in our town. Therefore, I am willing to teach those who want to redeem themselves how to communicate with others without aggression.
I do understand that not all those who end up in prison system want to become law abiding citizens, although if we put no effort into helping those who want to reform the prison system will not solve the problem of recidivism.
