Why should we accept you for that position?: I understand that my discharge was because of actions and words that I have done. I understand that it was childish and it immature of me to make the comments that I did and the actions that I did. I have had 4 weeks to completely understand what I did and I acknowledge that I was completely in the wrong and I have learned how to properly talk to my higher-ups and my overall work ethic has improved since my employment with DOC. MD has taught me a lot about how important it is to have a good work environment. I apologize to anyone and everyone that I could have hurt with my actions and I would like to rebuild those connections. I was a CO 1 when I got discharged so being a CO 1 again would be very enjoyable but I do understand because of my previous actions if I was offered COT instead.
