I have become more responsible with my actions, as i did commit murder back in 2017/2018, Im glad i have been able to change myself and better myself for my friends and family. I have also learned that being in a life of crime is something that does not suit me at all, i wanted to fit in with the cool kids, but after realizing how dangerous it was, after prison i fixed myself.

Traits & Motivations
I, Alex Crail, was born in Liberty City, I have a brother named James Crail. Over the course of our childhood life, we both grew up depending on each other, but after our parent's death, we became distant from each other. Couple years later i decided to pack up my stuff and move to San Andreas, I loved it here, made a lot of new friends, and met a of really cool people who have inspired me and shaped me into who i am today. Couple years after moving to Los Santos, i found this lovely lady, Celeste, she was the most beautiful women a man could ever ask for, everyday, Celeste and i would go on dates every chance we could get, exploring everywhere around the state, eventually the time came and I popped the question of if she wanted to be my wife, and Celeste said yes, The wedding was beautiful and the kids we had were even more beautiful, I was proud of my two boys i had, Daniel Crail and Xavier Crail. Unfortunately, years later, disaster strikes, My wife and kids are killed in a horrific car accident, for months i couldn't forgive myself and went into a dark hole of depression and became an alcoholic, as well as not work at LSEMS, and eventually i left the city, i couldn't handle myself with what i have become. Years later, i decided to start fresh, new friends, new me, new everything, and im glad i did, not many people know my history, but some do and im proud to say that i have become something i never thought i would have.
SADOC has always interested me, even when i went to prison, seeing how the prison is run, and the duties that the guards do around the prison. Working at DOC would defiantly help with expanding my knowledge of how the job is ran and as well as hopefully i can expand my medical knowledge into DOC and train the inmates on how to perform CPR, or apply gauze pads, or place a broken leg/arm in a splint.
Working at MD has helped me deal with stressful situations we deal with on a constant basis, They have helped me with working under stressful situations and as well as how to walk away from a current situation if it has become too stressful
Im a hard worker, and always striving for the top, I have always been someone who wants to better myself after a situation so i can learn from the mistake and make sure it doesn't happen again in the same situation or a different situation. Im also a fast learner, if i learn something, i always want to know more about it, either that be how to solve a problem, or the history of something.
