Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
I find myself to be a dedicated and hard working individual. I always try my best in my work and always take opportunities to let myself shine. In my personal life I am a bit more recused, I enjoy taking time to partake in regular exercise routines. This extends even to the point where I have built my own home gym so I can keep up to my exercises! When I am not spending my time doing exercise or working I am partial to spending time with my friends usually involving some trips hiking or driving around the city without any music playing.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan on expanding my time and energy evenly between both the DOC and my other job role at the MD. I do believe there may be a bias to me working alongside the MD as I have been there for longer, however I will refuse to let this completely overwhelm me and isolate my work from the DOC.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I wish to work with the Department of Corrections as in my line of work I have experienced how the operations there take place and I do wish to partake in the line of operations that take place there. The key reason that I believe I should be selected over any other potential member of staff is due to the amount of dedication that I display in my job role. I always put 100% effort into all of the work that I do and I refuse to let myself slumber in any of the work that I do. Due to the nature of me working at the MD I have experience in working in stressful situations and with this experience and knowledge I will be able to cross reference these experiences inside of the DOC.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I handle these forms of situations in a calm, and calculating manor. When I am attempting to handle a situation that can be stressful I take a deep breath and mentally calculate what steps I can take to get from point A to point B. I establish the likeability of this happening and once this has been done I then follow through on everything that I have planned in the same calm and calculating manor I had mentally established.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 75 words)?
I have experience with managing people, back in 2019 I worked as a paramedic in the LSEMS and during this time period I would manage members of my team, which is a skill that can be transferred to being able to manage prisoners that has been managed through the intake. I have worked with the DOC in the past, and during this time I did learn skills that would be useful going forward. However it has been a while since I worked alongside the team, and I have taken these skills into my day to day life to the extent where I am unable to confidently remember all the skills taught.

I have previously worked for the DOC and for the PD. However, these periods of work were so long ago that I am not able to confidently recollect this information.

I have had admin punishment in the past, this was due to poor OOC experiences that unfortunately dictated a long term effect on myself to the server. It is embarrassing for me to explain, and due to this I would feel more comfortable discussing in private, if at all possible.
