- 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200 word minimum.):
- I am applying to be a law student because I want to protect innocent civilians and make sure that the right people are being placed in prison. During my time in this city, I have witnessed corruption on both sides of the law and in my personal opinion the police get away with things that they shouldn't. I do not feel as if there are enough people protecting the citizens of this city from governmental overreach and I want to do my part and help fight against it. With this in mind, I would also like to note that I understand that the city can be dangerous, and more often than not the officers are just trying to do their job. However, every citizen is innocent until proven guilty and should be treated that way.
Another reason I would like the opportunity is to have another means of helping the city while also being able to support myself and have a fun time doing it. I am very interested in the law and how certain laws work in this city since it is not explained to us when we first move here. Learning about the laws and passing that knowledge on to others is vital for keeping the city safe and fun.

- 3.2) Please provide a short biography about yourself that highlights why you should be selected from other candidates. (150 word minimum.):
- Blake grew up in a small town in another state and was raised by a single father who was also a police officer. He grew up poor and had to start working at a young age to buy most of the things that he needed since his father was a gambling addict and blew awayAdd an account of what little money he did make at the casino every weekend. He was always jealous of his friends who spent time with their loving families and go on fun vacations. He knew that he wanted more. He refused to grow up and be a deadbeat like his father. A month after graduating high school Blake joined the military and served eight years before being honorably discharged. While enlisted Blake served as a corpsman in the navy with a specialty in combat medicine. While enlisted he spent most of his time working in the ER proving emergency medical treatment. Once he was a civilian again Blake decided the only person he would work for anymore was himself however he would never forget the Navy's core values. Honor, Courage, Commitment. Blake would forever try to stay faithful to his core principles.
Blake became a successful Real Estate agent out of a large city who had it all. Women, money, the power you name it he had it. When business was booming Eli became overwhelmed with all of his sudden success and began to blow his money on the finer things in life thinking that the money was never-ending. Now the tap is running dry and Eli is a month behind on his car payment. So Blake did the only thing he could in his situation. He sold off everything he could and managed to get enough money for a one-way flight to Los Santos and $2,500 in his pocket.

- 3.3) Describe yourself in one word and explain why that word describes you best. (75 word minimum.):
- I think the word that best describes me would be empathetic. Being empathetic not only helps us understand the way someone feels but it also allows us to be as objective as possible during a dispute. As humans, it is in our very nature to not want to admit being wrong. Our egos affect us all just in different severities. Being empathetic leads to being more objective which allows seeing the “bigger picture.” Subjectivity alone will often lead to misleading assumptions or just ignoring the evidence that is right in our faces.
