I moved to Los Santos about a year ago as my friend Rock Paz was living here and it and I was actually employed here at DoC for what I think was a period of about two months but I was forced to leave town and return home to deal with a family emergency.

I am only recently returning to the city and I really enjoyed my job here before as it was challenging, I had the opportunity to interact with many people and different types of situations, I was able to make a lot of personal progress and my co-workers were all really great people, so I decided that I would re-apply and hope that DoC would be willing to take me back.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I believe I would spend 10-20 hours minimum each week, likely more

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I would like to join SADOC because I like the people here, I like the work environment and I like having the opportunity to make a difference in an offender's life.

I believe I would make a better candidate that other applicants as I have a fair amount of experience and have put in a LOT of hours at SADOC previously. I care about my co-workers, I care about the inmates and I care about the job.

I miss being a part of this team and I miss the challenges I experienced daily on this job, the situations were dynamic and it kept life interesting.

I also believe I am more driven and more motivated than most other applicants as when I left the city, I was saving towards getting my own place to live and had accumulated quite a bit of money towards that goal, I am grateful for what SADOC has already done for me and I am willing to work hard to continue working towards my goals.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I handle pressure/stressful situations by staying calm, collecting my thoughts, analyzing the situation, assessing my available resources and then forming a plan forwards.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 75 words)?
I was previously employed at SADOC, I am familiar with it's standard operating procedures, I know the layout of the prison, I am already familiar with a good number of people I would be interacting with and I already have experience with most of the situations I would be encountering if re-employed.

I tend to remain calm and rational under pressure, I am a problem-solver and creative thinker, I care about the people here, to include the prisoners and I would like to try and make as much as a difference as I am able to try and help reform prisoners into happy, productive members of society.
