• 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200 word minimum.):
  • I am seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch because I want to help achieve justice and improve the criminal justice system of San Andreas as a whole. For a duration of time, I tried my luck at setting up a proprietary law firm with other business associates. Unfortunately, this business has not gone the way that I planned. Originally, I had planned to offer services to the citizens of San Andreas such as representing injured clients, initiating divorce proceedings, or going after big companies that employ unfair consumer practices. However, there was no chance afforded to me to provide these services as the states' civil court is not open to hear cases. I no longer wish to wait to see if the civil court will open. Instead, I have decided that I would like to join the Judicial Branch and use my skills to further this cause in a more realistic manner instead of waiting. I believe that my services as an attorney will be useful in some sort of way to the judicial branch and I am eager to find ways to improve it, learn concepts that I do not know, and grow as a person and professional.

• 3.2) Please provide a short biography about yourself that highlights why you should be selected from other candidates. (150 word minimum.):
  • The reason that I should be chosen over other applicants is wholly due to the vast amount of experience that I possess, whether in the courtroom or serving the public in a criminal justice capacity. Previously, I served as the Lead Prosecutor for the Attorney General of the State of Alaska. I handled high profile cases involving prosecuting the worst offenders that state police officers brought to my office. I assisted in investigating criminal cases thoroughly and sought prosecution only in cases that presented evidence that the offender committed the offense they were charged with beyond a reasonable doubt. Additionally, I found myself arguing in defense of the state under constitutional challenges that petitioners brought to the state Supreme Court. The experience that I had in this role was fundamental in establishing courtroom saviness, etiquette, and general knowledge of legal concepts. Additionally, I spent time as the general counsel for the Los Diablos Sheriff's Office in Los Diablos County, California. In this role, I spent the majority of my time defending the Sheriff's Office in civil court from lawsuits. I never lost a single case in my capacity as the head of the legal team and general counsel for the Sheriff. These are the reasons I believe I should be picked over other applicants.

  • If I had to describe myself in a single word, then it would be this: ambitious. I seek out learning opportunities whenever they present themself, especially when it is something that I do not know and want to know it or if it enhances my skillset. I love to challenge myself and find solutions to complex issues and I am relentless at doing it. I know how to make a rational decision and apply all of my effort into a challenge.
