Hello! I am Josh Armani and i would like to work for DOC. My mother gave birth to me in Italy and shortly after my father left me and my mother. With my mother working two jobs and taking care of me she got extremely stressed and started taking drugs. After a while she disappeared. I was sent to a foster care, a really bad one. In my foster care i was abused and was hit on the daily basis. I started getting into criminal life and started hanging out with bad people. I got to know two people that eventually became my best and only friends. Their names were Darryl and Nick. We saved up and bought a gun together. We then went together and robbed a few stores. After a while we got so confident that we decided to try to rob a bank. We terribly failed and were arrested. I spent 4 years in prison and during my time in prison i was treated terribly by the inmates and guards. When i got out i decided that i am going to turn my life around and make a change to that. I wish to join DOC because i want to make a change and make sure that the inmates don't get the same, bad experience like i did.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating to the department in the event you are hired?
I will dedicate as much time as i have. At least 7 hours per week

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to join to make a change in the prison industry and remove all of the corrupt guards out there. I also want to get a fresh new start in Los Santos and meet some new people. I want to make sure to treat everyone well but make sure the real criminals get what they deserve .I believe i could be a benefit for the department as i am very good at teamwork. I am a very good runner as i used to run track back in Italy. I am very good at staying calm in stressful situation and i am a fairly nice guy to be around. I am a very hard worker and will put my sweat and tears into this job. I will not give up.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I can handle them very well

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 75 words)?
As i mentioned i am very good at teamwork. I can also run quick and for a long time. I can stay calm in stressful situations and i never give up until i have reached my goals. I treat everyone equally. I am in general a nice person and not very annoying. I will put all of my time in the city towards the DOC and will try to keep my hour mark as high as possible.

What have you learned and changed about yourself since being charged with a felony/misdemeanor (Minimum 100 words)?
I have learnt that it is not worth it and fucks up your whole life. After i got out of prison i had a very hard time getting employed because of my criminal past. People look at your differently but dont understand that people can change. I have changed and put everything criminal in the past and will never return as it put me in a bad state and got me depressed. Those four years in prison were the worst in my life and i would never wanna be there again. I have changed and really regret my past and wont repeat my actions.

Accessory to Attempted GF03 - Armed Robbery. I only got Accessory as i got my friends the layout of the bank wish helped them know where the vault was and nothing else.

Were you ever in a criminal organization? If so, what was your involvement in it?
I was not. I worked with my childhood friends alone.

Have you had any admin punishments on any character? If so, explain:
I have quite a lot but i have learnt a lot from them and will not repeat them. When i first joined the server (19/Mar/2022) i didn't really know what RP was so i swerved into people with a bus wish led to Jail time for VDM. I got a warning for metagaming for being in a call on discord with another, actively playing person. Combat Logging: I had just come from a pursuit and was being arrested i asked in /b multiple times if they could please hurry up as i had an OOC emergency i had to go to. It took to long so while being transported i had to combat log. OOC Toxicity: Just making some stupid comments in a twitch stream about an admin as i was very pissed at the moment and didn't thin twice about my actions. Deathmatching: attacked a guard at DOC without proper escalation or motive. Game Modifications: Got a warning for game modifications as i had some gun sounds that werent allowed. My cousin had installed them on my pc and told me that they would only get applied for online but they came to eclipse as well and i didn't know how to remove them.
