    • 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200 word minimum.):
      • I initially joined the Los Santos Police Department with the goal of joining the Detective Bureau, having achieved this a few years ago, I retired for a while. I have come back three or so months ago, having joined the gang field unit and while the work done in the unit is fulfilling, I don't see myself sticking around to fully become a Detective, especially considering my past experience, I would have expected a faster progression. I'm looking for a new challenge where experience and dedication takes priority to seniority.
        
        Over the years with my employment in law enforcement, my main objective has been to curb the crime rate in the city of Los Santos, specifically with regards to larger criminal organizations, drug manufacturing and weapons manufacturing and proliferation. With the general reduction of over all crime over the recent years, I want to move to a more specialized field that focuses on actively building up case law based on criminal trials, one of the reasons I want to do this is because while I believe the penal code is the most comprehensive piece of legislation Los Santos has, it also its flaws, from poorly worded laws to some that need to be clarified our have precedents established.
        
        In the long term, I would see myself building towards a constitution for Los Santos and the opening of private practices and civil courts as I believe is also the goal of Chief Justice Colt Daniels.

    • 3.2) Please provide a short biography about yourself that highlights why you should be selected from other candidates. (150 word minimum.):
      • I was born in Liberty City and moved to Los Santos at a young age. I attended the University of Los Santos for Criminal Law where I took a few courses of management and accounting. I briefly worked as a stunt car driver for a few small time movies and while that did solidify my love for cars, it was short lived as I pursued a career in Law Enforcement.
        
        I initially joined the Los Santos Police Department back in 2019 where I remained until the start of 2020. I joined the Los Santos Sheriff's Department as part of the first wave of recruits to help establish the new department up north. After becoming a full operative with SED and achieving my initial goals, I took a long break from Law Enforcement before returning once more and rejoining the Los Santos Police Department. Having wanted to be a Detective since I first joined in 2019, I worked hard and pursued that position, earning Detective I on November of 2020. I once again took a break at the start of 2021, where I focused on growing Raven Lottery, the first lottery business in the city. Eventually I returned to the LSPD on March of 2022, where I am currently employed.
        
        I believe my vast experience in several agencies and several divisions within these agencies allows me a perspective that only very few are able to have. Firstly, I have extensive knowledge of the penal code and how it is enforced. I also have a very good understanding of Police Protocols, specifically how an Officer is suppose to act in the line of duty in various situations.
        
        More importantly, I believe I have the motivation and drive to achieve my goals with the Judicial Department, as long as the department is willing to give me a chance and open to fostering the growth of it's members.

    • 3.3) What would you say is the most valuable trait that you possess, and how that could benefit the branch? (75 word minimum.):
      • As a law enforcement Officer it is of extreme importance to know what you can and can't do and how you enforce the laws of the city. One of my most valuable traits is being able to analyse situations and consistently and fairly apply protocols and the penal code when needed, to the letter. I do not base myself on hearsay or other Officer's experiences, instead I follow the letter of the law. This enables me to perform my duties in a fair and confident manor.

    • 3.4) How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the branch in the event you are hired?
      • If accepted, I would be focusing solely on Judicial Branch duties. I am not able to give an accurate estimate of the amount of time I would dedicate, but it would be a consistent and satisfactory amount of hours per week.
        
        I am currently employed with the Los Santos Police Department, a resignation would be posted if an employment offer is extended by the Judicial Branch.

        25/OCT/2020 - Spoken to about unrealistic usage of a taser.
        07/DEC/2019 - Disrupting server operations - trying to deceive the staff team. I submitted a transfer request on the forums for a house on this character where I failed to disclose the contents of the house on the transfer request. I successfully appealed the ban in March 2020.
