My name is Penny Webb, I am a very outgoing and extrovert individual who enjoys their time writing stories. At a very young age of fifteen, I got into writing true crime short stories that gradually turned into novels. I also fell in love with photography and tried to master it in high school. I am also a very passionate chef and decorator, you want it, I can make it. I have many friends growing up due to the type of person I am; Caring, Honest, and expressive. All of these so called traits have sticked with me in the present and I think these qualities make me who I am, and I cherish that.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I would be willing to put in many hours at SADOC and dedicate as much time as I possibly can to the department if I am hired.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I would love to join SADOC Because I have been interested in being a guard for a long time, I have friends who are prison guards and they tell me how much of a well rounded family your community is. Witch is one of the main reasons I would be honored to become DOC, to make family and deep meaningful connections. One of many reasons I would be a great fit for the job is the way I learn, I love learning new and challenging things and I take mistakes as lessons and never make the same mistake twice. With the way I grab new information, it makes me a very speedy learner and for a added bonus I can show my co workers to also help them understand, meaning, I can also teach what I have learned efficiently.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I will try to keep calm and level headed, and try to deal with the situations case by case.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 75 words)?
I am very confident, outgoing, and good at following instructions, I am a great listener and enjoy learning new ideas and procedures. I am a great listener because I always follow orders and I never make the same mistake twice, you will never catch me not giving you my undivided attention. I am confident and outgoing due to my ability to make friends easily and to establish a family like environment. I am extremely good at following directions and orders thanks to my experience at DCC.

Yes, over a year and a half ago I was convicted of eating human flesh. My explanation for this is I was pranking someone and they called the cops and they did not look into the evidence so I was arrested.
