- 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200 word minimum.):
- As a member of the Reservation Police in North Dakota, my goal every day in the force was to protect my people and help maintain a force that showed that we are independent and truly autonomous from those who wished to conquer our lands and slay our people. While working for the department, I had several situations with the neighboring Sheriff's Departments that were the cause of much friction between our reservation and the outside state. I would always defend my reservation in these conflicts, ensuring that our jurisdiction was properly maintained at our territory was not encroached on.
Eventually, I realized that my defense of our land through the Fort Berthold Police Department was an unjust defense. I wasn't really protecting our land from those who laid conquest to us, I was really being used by them as a puppet force to legitimize their further domination over us. At this point, I became very unenthused with my work. My paperwork got sloppier, my friendships within the department were tarnished, and my motivation to further my career there was non-existent. After this realization and a month of poor work and contemplation, I decided to submit my resignation.
After then spending several years making a living at the City Hall, I decided to move to Los Santos. After years living here and thinking of what I want to become in the city, I have decided that the way to protect those in most need is to pursue a career in the Judicial Branch. With the mounting injustices by law enforcement in the city, I have decided that I would be a fool and a coward to not do everything I can with my substantial knowledge of the law to protect those who are vulnerable in our city. I am confident that I can provide a measurable benefit to the relationship between citizens and the law in the city.

- 3.2) Please provide a short biography about yourself that highlights why you should be selected from other candidates. (150 word minimum.):
- I joined the Fort Berthold Police Department in 1985 in a time of its development. I dedicated many years in the department to getting to know everyone across the reservation and ensuring our lands were protected from any infringement. The many years I spent in the department, a department with an incredible low-population jurisdiction, were filled many times by downtime. In this downtime, I ensured to deeply study the penal code as I wanted to defend my people's rights from outside law enforcement as effectively as possible. Every day I would have to contest different law enforcement agencies on specific policy, penal code disagreements, and other various jurisdictional disagreements. To say the least, I have made myself very familiar with the penal code and how to defend vulnerable people. Although the penal codes of my home territory and Los Santos are quite different, in preparation for this job I have studied the San Andreas State Penal Code and looked over the case law thus far. I'm prepared to say I'm ready for specific representation-related training on how to articulate a defense or prosecution of these laws.
- 3.3) What would you say is the most valuable trait that you possess, and how that could benefit the branch? (75 word minimum.):
- I believe that I possess an incredibly balanced temperament. Patience is a virtue and I spend every day working to further my understanding of the art. In the mornings I meditate for 20 minutes in my calm room, ensuring to calm myself before I begin preparing for the day. I work to understand that waiting is a way of life, and good things come to those who wait. I intend on employing my patience and mental fortitude in every aspect of my work. If it comes to listening to things I heavily disagree with I intend on listening first and documenting my thoughts before making statements. I intend to instruct my clients to portray themselves in the same way. I make sure to write down all of my thoughts so I may resume contemplation on these issues later, not letting my mind run endlessly for meticulous ideas.
- 3.4) How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the branch in the event you are hired?
- I intend on spending as much time serving the people of San Andreas as is mentally healthy. Although I wish I could promise to spend day and night working to serve the people of Los Santos, I have reached great disappointment in the past from following these same goals, and I wish to take things slow.
- 3.5) How did you hear about this position?
- I have been aware of the Judicial system for quite a while but noticed the position was open again when perusing the government website.

- 4.4) Have you ever had an admin punishment with this, or any character on Eclipse? If yes, please explain:
- On the 17th of July I received a NRP warning for mixing. An individual began DMing a friend and I out of no where, and after he was downed by me he logged out. I then told my allies that it was an "Out of City problem now". Obviously, I was referring to the fact that I would be forum reporting the individual. Coincidentally, Out of City can be acronymed as OOC. It was a genuine mistake, I was just flustered at the time and I believe my RP standards for then in no way reflect how I roleplay now.
