  • SECTION 3 - PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE
3.1 Have you ever been employed by the LSEMS, DOC, LSPD, or LSSD? If so what rank and positions did you hold, how long ago was your employment and who was your direct supervisor?:
    • Department: LSEMS
Rank & Positions: Deputy Chief of L.S.E.M.S
      Date of Resignation: 23/07/2021
Direct Supervisor: Chief of L.S.E.M.S Nicole Crawford
3.2 - Please list and explain all prior Employment/Education/Training that you may have that qualifies you for a position:
    • Liberty City Law School - I completed a few classes while I was away recently in Liberty City.

    • Los Santos College - Graduated with a Masters in Communications with a focus on Human Resources.

    • Los Santos Emergency Medical Services - Human Resources, Paperwork, Understanding how a High Command team functions
During my employment at LSEMS, I have conducted many interviews and training sessions. All of these require extensive amounts of paperwork to be filed from creating profiles to preparing paperwork for future employees to use. I also did write down meeting notes on many occasions. I was a member of the High Command team which allowed me to understand thinking about the organization for many years into the future and not just day to day operation.

  • SECTION 4 - LONG RESPONSE
4.1 Why do you want to be employed with the Judicial Branch? (75 WORDS):
    • I have always been interested in helping out other people. I was employed at LSEMS for a very long time and felt like my service was needed a ton. The Judicial Branch would give me the opportunity to take all my newly learned skills and to apply them to an occupation to help even more citizens. I am also very interested in paperwork. I have a lot of experience completing paperwork and creating new paperwork. I would also like to see progress where I am employed. There are many changes that can happen through the Judicial Branch that I have not had the opportunity to experience prior. One last reason I wish to be employed is the chance to start working towards making the city safer. In LSEMS, I was there to keep the city safe when they got hurt. In this position, I would have the chance to prevent incidents like these from occurring.
4.2 What would you say is the most valuable trait that you possess? Please explain how that could benefit the SAJB (75 WORDS):
    • One of the best traits I have is that I am easy to work with. In my previous employment, there were many situations where we would be involved in helping a 10-15 or a 10-16 in distress and there needs to be employees who are level headed but willing to help anyone they come into contact with. This will benefit SAJB because there are a lot of people who may feel they have been wronged and need someone to listen.
4.3 If hired please list and explain the things that you would like to see changed in the city (75 WORDS):
    • More Organized Penal Code
      • There are many ways that the Penal Code can look confusing and someone may not understand it. The first page includes multipliers that use Accessory, Attempt, Aggravated, and then Crime against a Government Employee. They use 0.5x and 1.5x multipliers and this may seem confusing. There are also many instances where you may have to read the smaller print to fully understand. For instance, Receiving Stolen Property is a General Misdemeanor but the description also includes purchasing, concealing, and selling stolen property. Prison Break charge General Felony 21 lists itself as General Felony 22 in the description. I believe that it could be made simpler but also be used to fully explain in detail what the crime is.
    • Government Construction/ Road Maintenance
      • Another change I would like to see is construction and road maintenance jobs. I believe that if we had snowplows on the street and a team to operate them, then people would stay safer. I also believe that there are spots on our local highways that have been neglected for years. For example, the road around the Braddock Tunnel toll booth has cones lying around to help direct traffic where we could use sturdier barriers like concrete instead.
    • Businesses Keeping up to Date With Code
      • There have been many instances in my previous employment where businesses do not schedule times to have their equipment checked by LSEMS and the Fire team. This should be in violation of the law to not have your business be up to code. The government handles a lot of licenses for these businesses to operate but this should be a requirement for all places of business.
4.4 Have you ever been arrested/convicted of a felony crime? Explain:
    • No
4.5 Have you ever been charged with a misdemeanor? Explain:
    • No
4.6 Have you ever received a ticket/citation? Explain:
    • 9 times. There have been a few parking violations and getting caught by speed cameras for the unreliable cruise control in my car. The car accelerated too quickly and I did not have enough time to properly set the cruise.
4.7 Please provide a short biography about yourself and why you believe you should be selected (150 WORDS):
    • I was born and raised in Liberty City, New York. My parents were both in the medical profession. I graduated High School in Liberty City and then moved out to Los Santos to attend college. I attended college passing with a 3.5 average with a major in Communications and minoring in Human Resources. Quickly after college, I looked for employment but was only able to drive for local companies like ATM delivery. After a few months of working hard, I was given a chance to apply to LSEMS and got approved. I started out my professional employment with a lot of shaking and nerves. It took me 4 days to even step onto the hospital grounds because I was nervous. I was very good at my job. On paper, people could look and see I was promoted as soon as I was qualified to. I was asked to join the Supervisor Training Program and then left. I left because I was frustrated at how the system was working. I asked to get trained and there was never anyone available for me. I reinstated to LSEMS a few months later and decided that this time I would change how things were done. Once again, I promoted very quickly and went from a Supervisor, through Command, and then up to High Command. During this time, I conducted nearly 100 interviews, 300 training sessions, helped rewrite the training material, helped oversee positions as a Director of Operations, and finally settled in my position as Deputy Chief of L.S.E.M.S where I slowly started to make changes with the High Command team that would benefit LSEMS in the future. I received a call a month after I was appointed a Deputy Chief position that stated that my parents were in poor health. I had to fly back to Liberty City to take care of them. I recently came back to Los Santos with the mindset that I have been able to change for the good and am willing to put my experience where it is needed.

I believe I should be selected for this position for many reasons. First, as stated previously, I am a huge fan of paperwork. I am also a very organized person and ensure that when I create a document, that people understand where and how things will be done. I learn things very quickly as well. I went through many positions in LSEMS and there was training for each of them. Chief of L.S.E.M.S Nicole Crawford or Assistant Chief of L.S.E.M.S Samantha Tenbe could elaborate more on my work ethic and ability to learn quickly. One last reason you should employ me is because I work hard. I put in a lot of time to my job and will work until things get better.
