- SECTION 3 - PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE
3.1 Have you ever been employed by the LSEMS, DOC, LSPD, or LSSD? If so what rank and positions did you hold, how long ago was your employment, and who was your direct supervisor?:- Department: Los Santos Emergency Medical Services
Rank & Positions: Lieutenant
Date of Resignation/Termination: 14/SEP/2021
Direct Supervisor: Nicole Crawford
- Over the past year or so, I have been a supervisor for the LSEMS, upon doing this, I have had to write up proposals, work on projects, develop new divisions. While doing these tasks involved a lot of paperwork and writing regulations to be set in place. Outside of other businesses that I have worked for doing various tasks from the front-of-house staff at restaurants, or management and setting up spreadsheets this is the only relevant information.
- Department: Los Santos Emergency Medical Services
- SECTION 4 - LONG RESPONSE
4.1 Why do you want to be employed with the Judicial Branch? (75 WORDS):- The reason for applying is wanting to help with the backbone of the department rather than being the public face of it. I have a lot of skills surrounding the development of databases, spreadsheets, formatting, and general management of administrative needs. I think this is a very strong attribute that would help benefit the overall development of the judicial branch and its longevity. Secondly, I feel as bringing my long history of living in San Andreas, I have seen and learned an exceptional amount of details about different departments and general procedures and operations that happen within the city. I believe this knowledge can help further grow the department and help incorporate all aspects of the state of San Andreas.
- The most valuable trait that I possess would have to be the technical knowledge that I have learned over my life. My skillset with computers and databases, which goes hand in hand with administrative work in keeping things organized and as streamlined as possible. I believe these skills would be a great help with creating this department which from when I talked to various JB employees seemed to be something that was needed within the department. This along with my passion for working on new projects with groups and listening to all viewpoints will make me a very strong candidate for this position.
- One of the biggest things that I want to help change is the way the judicial branch is viewed within the city. I can say from listening to multiple people that everyone is excited for the judicial branch to get its wheels moving. Currently, I feel like it is currently not taken as seriously as it should, hence why I want to help and work on the internal development to get the gears moving so it can open to the public and be more accessible and streamlined. Along with this, bringing the internal development of programs within the judicial branch can help move this along, working closely alongside all of the current employees that I have talked to.
- No
- Yes, I have previously been charged with Reckless Operation of a Road Vehicle. Unfortunately, there was a point that driving cars fast has led to being pulled over and charged.
- Yes - I have gotten speeding tickets/citations.
- Over the past 2 years, I like to believe that I have left my mark in the state of San Andreas. In the start I worked as a lumberjack not knowing my ways around the city, only coming in with an old truck and a few thousand dollars. I traded my way up from logs and sticks to my first vehicle. Not knowing many people I started as a Bayview mechanic and met a lot of great friends along the way. While working at Bayview, I always saw the medevacs flying overhead to chiliad conducting rescue operations. Having the steady hands from working on vehicles, I took my skills to the LSEMS, where I was quickly promoted to supervisor, from there on out, leading multiple divisions and creating a few from the ground up. Taking over the golden division of Air and Rescue, I succeeded in the goal I always dreamed of, being the head of the rescue division, making it mine, and entrusting medics to be trained in such an honorable position. Through that year and a half of working in LSEMS, I have gained a lot of skills and attributes that are transferable to any future jobs, one of those being the judicial branch, in which my administrative work will help with the developmental phases, and my pier to pier interactions with law enforcement and civilians alike will really put me above the other candidate for this position. This is just a little about myself and why I believe I should be selected.
