Traits & Motivations
Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
My name is James Valor, I grew up in Liberty, with some interesting family members, I chose to move away due to conflicts in my personal life with them and to start anew, I moved to Los Santos and attended Los Santos University, to get my Computer Science Degree. I had to look for a job once I turned 18, so I had to balance my life as a student and mechanic at LSC, where I grew to be the Head of Human Resources, before it was a proper division in 2018. I left LSC to become a Medic not too long after that because I decided that I wanted to save lives, although not putting my original degree to use, this made me really feel like I was really helping people, and I have been a medic on and off ever since until very recently. I was previously a Paramedic & Head of Human Resources at the LSEMS, and to be honest, I resigned after a demotion due to "conduct unbecoming", I resigned because I did not agree with the decision and I decided to apply to DOC because I feel like I need to experience something new, and everyone I know that is apart of your family has told me what a great experience their employment at DOC has been.
I plan to dedicate a good chunk of my time, even when I am not on duty for MD, I remained on call incase I was needed, and the same would apply to DOC, you can expect me to be on duty more than your average joe, and you can also expect me to be there whenever you need me. As for energy, I intend to give my 110% all the time, as I always try to do with anything I am doing.
I have tons of experience dealing with people, even inmates, in my time I have attended dozens of hostage situations and possible suicide calls, whether they're aggravated or sad, or a danger to themselves, or just a concerned civilian. I've dealt with it all on the job at MD as an EMT at the LSEMS and even at Los Santos Customs where I was also a supervisor, I have experienced some pretty interesting things, even things as extreme as ex-employees trying to have me killed or trying to kill me out of anger. I have experience with the mentally ill, and I am capable of being prepared and also getting a pretty good idea of how they will react when they're under stress or simply when they're given any sort of opportunity. I'm physically fit and dedicated to keeping people safe, If you hire me you'll find that I am also an extremely capable problem solver.
I handle them well, sometimes I don't always make the perfect call, but in the end I always know that I did my best in any situation that's given to me, we have to work with the hand we're dealt.
First and foremost, the trait that I appreciate myself the most for is my integrity, I will always do what I believe is right and I will always tell the truth no matter the consequence to myself, honesty is my most redeeming quality and I take it very seriously. I am a heavily experienced and capable problem solver. Ultimately though, I have a-lot I could improve on and I hope that if given the opportunity to be employed with the Los Santos Department of Corrections, that I can improve on those things and become ever more capable.

Past Experiences
None really, I've done lots of ride-alongs with law enforcement, and I have performed multiple dozen citizens arrests, but I have no real Military or LEO experience.
I worked for the LSEMS, as a supervisor, I was demoted for conduct unbecoming and resigned because I disagreed with the decision.
I have lots of experience, in the last 3 years in the city, all of my employment experience has involved working as a team, especially at MD where we have to constantly be in communication with one another to keep operations moving smoothly.
Yes, I have multiple driving misdemeanors, as well as I was falsely arrested for some violent misdemeanors that have since been expunged ((Still not sure whether the RP of these were voided, or if the RP stays and they were just ICly expunged to be honest.))

Yes, when I first came to the city, I received DM & NCZ for killing someone inside of Tequila-la, 3 years ago, as well as I received a script abuse & powergaming punishment for not rping towing vehicles and for removing vehicles from the impound as a mechanic (Thought this was allowed at the time, my faction leader told me I could, and I was also under the impression we didn't need to RP when noone else was around, but again, this was 3 years ago, I am aware of the rules now)
