Hi, my name is Maxwell Vonwellington. I was born in the mountains of colorado in a busy little town so my family decided to move out to the midwest and start up a farm and ranch where i spent the next 27 years working every single day. The hours where long and almost never seemed to end somedays being 16 to 20+ hrs long. It may have been tough at times but the hard work in the field and taking care of all the animals taught me alot about life. I find that i have a knack for being able to handle anything that is thrown at me, i improvise adapt and overcome almost any situation. Now days i find myself away from the family farm being i sold my shares and now i am adventuring the world and have found myself in the city of Los Santos the land of opportunities. I have tried many jobs here in the city since my arrival and nothing has quite hit my taste yet so i hope to try this out and see where life takes me.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
As much as humanly possible, like anything in life i have ever done its will be 100% effort. All i have is time to dedicate to whatever it is i set my mind too.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I want to join the SADC because i am always looking to try something new in life and i think that this would be an exciting new learning experience that is going to help me grow as a person and learn new things. I also heard its the best job in town especially if you like working hard and helping people get there life in shape and heading down the right path of life. I have been told that the staff are super friendly but serious and the work hard and take pride in there job, which is important to me because i put so much into the job myself i like to be surrounded by like minded people. You should hire me over anyone else that applies because they are simply just not me. I can guarantee my work and behavior will be to the highest standard everyday. I except nothing less from myself so i wouldnt expect you too. I am super fast at learning new things and will put forth more effort than anyone else. I am a stern person with a good head on my shoulders that can handle almost anything thrown at me so lets go i want to challenge myself with this new job.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
Great i have spent my entire life dealing with high stess life changing experiences and choices on and off the ranch. Nothing seems to faze me i can keep a level head and have reason through thick and thin. I can take a step back if needed and take note of the situation to figure out the best solution for all parties involved, Or i can make a decision in the snap of an instant if that is what i needed i am not afraid to make a call and stand by it with my life.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
My traits that i think help me are that i am hard working, stern, trustworthy, good listener/learner, patient, level headed, and observant of my surroundings and the people in it because i spent my life around dangerous animals in tight confinement. All in all i think i would be a great addition to the team i love to work hard and meet new people. As far as qualifications go i have never worked in a prison before but i have been able to improvise and learn anything that i put my mind to my entire life so this cant be anything that i cannot handle. I am also great at working with other people most of the work i have done has been in a group of people working together through difficult stressful situations.
