My name is James Stile, I grew up in the United Kingdon, I am very close with my brother Hunter Stile, when both of us were just children, both our parents had to get a divorce which meant they were separated which lead me and my brother to be pulled apart, I was taken with my father and eventually brought up to join the army. After many years serving the country, I moved to Los Santos to reunite with my brother, after a lot of time together, I wanted to work along aside him in the San Andreas Department of Corrections.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
In the event that I am hired to SADOC, I plan to dedicate most of my time in the city towards the department, I will put my all into any task I am given, I will not stop doing my best no matter what obstacle I may face.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
The main reason I am here applying to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections today is that I am very interested in the duties I will have while working there and what the department stands for, I feel that I should be hired because of my main strengths which include my ability to keep very calm in any situation, it is very rare that I get stressed out and I know how to handle most situations the correct way. One of my other skills is my quick learning, If I get the chance to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, I believe I will have no issues when it comes to learning how the department runs and all of the procedures in it.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I think the key to handling pressure in any stressful situation is to always make sure you understand what is currently going on and how you deal with it. If you are feeling a lot of pressure I think it is very helpful to keep breathing normally, as long as your body is calm, you will be calm no matter what the situation may be.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I am a very calm individual, ever since I joined the army, I was taught how to keep calm in any situation out in the field using multiple advanced techniques, another great trait of mine is loyalty, I will always be loyal to the San Andreas Department of Corrections, no matter what happens, I am fully focused on the department and I am prepared to do anything I have to, to maintain that loyalty with it.

I was a Lieutenant for 3 years in the British Army before I moved to the state of San Andreas, I have no military experience in the United States.

I have never worked for a goverment agency in the state of San Andreas.

In the Army, teamwork is key to success, I have been working with them for years and am very familiar with working with a team.

I have no crimes on my record, the most I have are speeding tickets.

Have you had any admin punishments on any character? If so, explain:
There was somebody trying to irritate me and my friend in OOC chat and I did the wrong thing and replied back insulting his internet, I understand it was the wrong thing to do and I should not have overreacted to them.
Stealing a vehicle whilst it's being refueled - I was new to the city and stole a car at a gas station, the man that was refueling the vehicle was invisible so I thought it was just an unlocked car, I did not have my POV at the time so it was added to my admin logs.
Unrealistic ramming into a larger vehicle - I was still semi-new to the game at a time, I had my brawler and we were chasing a mule that stole something from us, I noticed it was smoking and about to die so sideswiped it a bit in an attempt to stop it. Now I understand it was wrong as in real life ramming into a vehicle that large is not very realistic and would not have much effect.
Repeatability hitting and kicking a taco truck, demonstrating a poor level of RP. I was at the pier, someone that rammed into my vehicle was there and in revenge, I began to hit their taco truck multiple times. I see that was the wrong thing to do in the situation and I should have handled it differently.
Spoken to about ignoring faction duties. I went inside of my apartment while 10-9 to get food which was wrong since I was on duty and should be focused on the job.
Talked to and warned about getting up to run whilst under the direct threat of gunfire. There was 1 officer outside a store we were robbing, I got on my knees and while the 2nd guy was shooting the officer then during the shootout, I saw the chance to run to my bike next to me, I was in 1st person so didn't see that the 2nd person was down and the cop was shooting at me. I should have had better attention to the situation instead of focusing to escape.
Attacking another player for fun near Pillbox. Me and my friend were practicing our dodges which we thought were far enough away from Pillbox, apparently, we were still close enough for it to still be a safe zone. It was wrong of us to fight for fun while near a hospital with a lot of people.
