- My prior experience comes mainly from my time as a Deputy in the Los Santos Sheriffs Department. I've served for over a year in total and acquired the rank of Master Deputy prior to my resignation and return. I've had a lot of time to study the law of the land & penal code while enforcing the law correctly and with fairness.

4.1 Why do you want to be employed with the Judicial Branch? (75 WORDS):- I wish to be employed by the Judicial Branch because its been becoming of greater interest to me in recent months. I find that my skills would serve better as a member of the Judicial Branch. I have a passion for justice and wish to give the people of Los Santos and Blaine County the equal justice and assistance they deserve. Also, I am very familiar with the law and am looking to create a great relationship with the people of the branch and state.
- The most valuable trait is possessed is that people can count on me. People can count on me to get things done the first time asked and with top quality. During my time in the Los Santos Sheriffs Department, I was a part of a few specialized groups such as the Highway Divison and Detention and Parole Divison. I was involved with training new recruits for the Highway Divison and was promoted swiftly up the ranks due to my effort and dependability. I was chosen to lead important scenes if supervisors were not on scene routinely. I worked closely with my co-workers to solve problems and was very good at doing so.
- If hired I would like to see implementations that allow the citizens of Los Santos to have the opportunity to stand before a judge during select criminal or civil cases. This has been something lacking in the city and would be a great opportunity for citizens to prove their innocence or case with the help of an attorney. Also, I feel that this could help the LSSD and LSPD as well by being able to bring charges on suspects that they aren't sure are 100% guilty of the crime due to not having 100% of the evidence. This is problem I had during my time as a Deputy was that we knew without a doubt that an individual committed a crime but simply didn't have body camera footage or such thing to 100% prove it. I hope something could be done where a jury or judge could look at the evidence provided and make an official decision.

- My name is Fitz Keegan, I am 24 years old and currently living in Blaine County. I've lived in San Andreas all of my life and always wanted to be a police officer or sheriff. My dream came true around one year ago when I joined the Los Santos Sheriffs Department and worked my way up to being a Master Deputy. Throughout this time I heard rumors about a Judicial Branch being formed in the city and it really caught my interest. During the past months, I've been swaying towards ended my career at the LSSD and trying to pursue a new career. My time at the LSSD proves my worth and a trustworthy and hard-working individual. It also shows my dedication to law enforcement. I've met many great citizens in the county and city abroad and have created some great working and civilian relationships. I feel that I would be a great candidate for the Judicial Branch and would put maximum effort into assisting the people of Los Santos and Blaine County with their legal needs. Nothing is more important to me than maximizing the enjoyment and safety of the citizens of San Andreas.

- Yes, I've received a Metagaming punishment back on January 15th, 2020. It happened when I pulled over a vehicle and called out over the radio that I noticed someone in the trunk of a car when I technically wouldn't have seen them without reading the ID of the player. This lead to pursuit and I was reported. I admitted to my mistake in the report with no argument or denial.
